Thickener

FD thickener is a new type of center drive, automatic lifting and harrow high efficiency thickener developed by our company by introducing foreign technology. Center drive, with efficient feed bin, automatic rake technology and other national patents; Heavy-duty movement design ensures continuous operation of thickener under extremely harsh conditions, greatly improving enrichment efficiency. Working principle

Using gravity and flocculation to achieve high efficiency dehydration. The thickener produces a cleaner clarifying liquid, which is discharged by overflow from the annular chute at the top. The slurry in the feed pipe enters along the horizontal tangential line of the inner cylinder of the stable flow cylinder and mixes with the flocculant for degassing and energy dissipation. The mixed material settles down and is distributed along the parabola direction through the bottom of the cylinder. The settled material is collected by the rake rack to the center of the pool body and discharged centrally.

Technological innovation

1.The drive frame and base are manufactured according to the heavy transmission device standard, and the operation is stable and reliable.

2.Rake rack automatic lifting.

3. The running torque is 33% of the design torque, the high torque alarm is 50% of the design torque, the rake rises 60% of the design torque, the rake falls 40% of the design torque, and the setting torque of the mechanical device is 150% of the actual torque.

4. On-site and remote combination to provide DCS control points.

5.PLC control, overload protection, mud layer pressure sensor at the discharge end, control the speed of the mud pump.
