Disc vacuum filter

Disc vacuum filter is a device that uses vacuum as the filter power to separate solid from liquid. The device installs several filter disks on a horizontal hollow shaft, and each disk is divided into several small fan filter blades, each fan plate is a separate filter unit, and the filter chamber is formed by the filter cloth made of cloth. A disk vacuum filter is formed. Widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields, is one of the important equipment for solid-liquid separation.

Working principle

The filter pan rotates, and the pulp in the filter chamber is adsorbed on the filter pan to form a filter cake. The filter cake continues to remove the water under the action of vacuum, and finally the material is discharged into the discharge tank by the back blower. The filtrate enters the distribution head through the vacuum pipe and is discharged from the drainage tank.
