Shandong Fude Environmental protection breakthrough coal chemical waste water treatment technology in cold areas

At the beginning of 2020, Shandong Fude Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. won the Xinjiang Coal chemical waste water treatment contract, which will produce waste water through centralized classification purification treatment to achieve zero discharge of waste water in the park. This technology has solved the problem of compliance of environmental protection three wastes in cold areas, which has plagued the coal chemical industry. It is of great significance for our country to enhance the ability of independent energy security and promote the clean and efficient utilization of coal chemical industry.

China is a coal country, coal chemical technology is in the forefront of the world, after the processing and utilization of coal through the fine chemical industry chain, more than 100 products, the added value has increased significantly. Xinjiang Coal Chemical Project is a key project of the northern comprehensive energy base. The project uses calcium carbide furnace tail gas as the main raw material and coal gasification syngas. It adopts modern high-end technology of coal chemical industry and relies on advanced technology of carbon chemical industry and organic chemical production. Deep purification of syngas and separation of high-purity carbon monoxide and hydrogen for the production of ethylene glycol and 1, 4-butanediol. The comprehensive production cost of this set of processes is about 20% lower than that of independent chemical projects of the same scale, and the comprehensive indicators such as process, equipment, environmental protection and energy consumption have reached the advanced level.

Shandong Fude Environmental Protection broke the previous research group mode in the process of this project. With the support of the relevant innovation platform of Yantai International Students Entrepreneurial Park, China University of Petroleum, Northwest A&F University and other resources, relying on an entrepreneurial team engaged in environmental protection for nearly 20 years, it strengthened the development of applied technology. The transfer and transformation of related achievements of coal chemical process have been successfully solved.
